The brief

Reward the top-performing EMEA sales team with a destination that felt new — but never improvised. The client had run incentives in Marrakech, Lisbon, and Cape Town in prior years. Baku had to clear the same bar.

What we executed

A 4-day program built around three anchor moments — a welcome cocktail at the Four Seasons Caspian terrace, the Heydar Aliyev gala, and a Yanardag fire-themed closing dinner.

Every coach was staffed with an EN/RU/AZ trilingual guide. Two medical staff on 24/7 standby. A dedicated arrivals desk at Heydar Aliyev International across 18 staggered hours of inbound flights.
