Birtour is a Baku-based DMC. This is the indicative 2026 cost of hosting a corporate group at the Formula 1 Baku 2026 Grand Prix, raced on Saturday 26 September 2026. The figures below are the official ticket prices we work from, plus the ground-program lines we run ourselves. Last checked 1 June 2026. Official ticket prices are set by the promoter and the official seller and can change, so a written quote always supersedes this page.

What you are actually pricing:

  • Official access: a grandstand seat, Champions Club, or Paddock Club.
  • The ground program: hotels, transfers, hosts, dining.
  • The buying mechanics: purchase-order invoicing, VAT documentation, a deposit schedule.

Why we publish prices when most pages don't

We checked the pages ranking for this race. Five of seven show no prices at all; the corporate pages run on adjectives and one testimonial. A procurement lead cannot build a budget from that. So we publish the numbers we can stand behind, label what we are still confirming, and let the proposal carry the binding figure.

A caveat worth stating up front. Official allocations sell in tiers, and the cheapest seats in each grandstand go first. The price you see in June is the floor, not the price in September. Book the level early and the figure holds; leave it late and you buy up the ladder.

Grandstands

Official promoter prices, international adult, four-day Wednesday to Saturday, including 18% VAT.

GrandstandFrom (4-day, incl. VAT)Where it sits
Champions$1,150Near pit lane and the finish
Absheron A, B, D, E$1,490Covered, opposite the garages, start/finish
Absheron C$1,580Covered, prime start/finish
Azneft$960Old City side
Icheri Sheher$910Old City corner
Mugham$870Seafront straight
Khazar$730Seafront
Giz Galasi$640Entry level

Verify the current figure on the official buy-now page before you commit a group; we re-check these monthly through September.

Hospitality

Champions Club runs from about $4,100 per person for the three-day Thursday-to-Saturday: a climate-controlled lounge near the pit and finish, a grid walk, insider appearances, a paddock tour, and an open bar. It is where most mid-size corporate groups land.

Official Paddock Club opens from around $5,500 per person. That buys suites above the team garages, dining by DO & CO, a daily pit-lane walk and a paddock tour. The premium reseller suites run higher, to roughly $7,950 for a team suite and $9,800 for the Legend package, which adds a full-day paddock pass and podium access. Treat $5,500 as the floor; the exact per-person official figure is one we re-confirm each month rather than quote blind.

For context, that $5,500 floor is the cheapest Paddock Club on the 2026 calendar. Monaco's opens near £8,500, Abu Dhabi's near £9,995. The gap is real at the official-allocation level, which is the level a corporate buyer actually purchases at.

The ground program

This is the part we run, and where the per-head number gets built.

5-star room (per night)$280 to $650By property and how early you book
Airport VIP meet & greet + transfers$45 to $180 ppFast-track arrival, chauffeured cars around the closures
On-site hosts and coordinationfrom $1,800 / programMultilingual hosts, run sheet, one point of contact

Non-race-day experiences$90 to $350 ppOld City, Gobustan, Ateshgah, Caspian charter

The hotels matter more than the dinner. Booking inside the circuit walk, the JW Marriott Absheron beside the track, the Four Seasons on the Turn 16 stretch, the Hilton under five minutes out, removes the coach transfer through closed roads that ruins most Grand Prix weekends. We negotiate the blocks before rates climb.

What we don't quote publicly

We do not publish a single all-in package number. A 40-person Paddock Club weekend and a 12-person grandstand incentive are different orders of cost, and pretending otherwise would be a number you could not trust. We also do not quote the General Admission figure floating around third-party planners; it was not on official sale when we checked, so we leave it out rather than guess.

And we do not sell a single hospitality seat. The minimum that makes sense for us is a small group, because what we add is the ground program and the buying mechanics, not a mark-up on one ticket.

How a finance team buys it

We quote per group, invoice against a purchase order, and supply the VAT and expense documentation your finance team needs. Payment runs on a deposit schedule rather than full up front, with the deposit securing the tier before it closes. Cancellation and change terms, including force majeure, are in the contract, because allocations are committed to the promoter on a timeline we do not control. We put the lock-in dates in writing.

Common questions

Is the Baku Paddock Club really the cheapest on the 2026 calendar? At the official-allocation level, yes. It opens from around $5,500 per person, against roughly £8,500 at Monaco and £9,995 at Abu Dhabi. Figures move; we confirm current pricing in a quote.

Are these prices per person or per group? Grandstand and hospitality figures are per person. The ground-program lines are mixed: room blocks are per night, coordination is per program. We quote a single per-head all-in once we know your group size and tier.

Do you publish a fixed package price? No. The cost depends on tier, group size, hotel and dates, and official allocations sell through tiers as they close. We build a costed proposal to your brief rather than list a fixed package.

For procurement teams pricing similar scope, the tier comparison guide sets the levels side by side, and the 4-day incentive program shows how the ground arc fits around the race. For a costed proposal to your brief, the request form on the Formula 1 Baku 2026 page is the way in.
