The current event
One Baku ground programme around official race access
Formula 1 lists the 2027 Azerbaijan Grand Prix weekend at Baku City Circuit for 24–26 September. Birtour builds the local programme around that fixed window for companies, incentive planners and travel agencies: hotel options matched to gate geography, airport handling, hosted movements around a temporary street circuit, dining and non-race experiences.
Access and ground delivery are separate decisions. Official Formula 1 and F1 Experiences channels control ticket and hospitality products. Birtour compares the current written options for the brief, then combines the selected access with the Baku hotel and ground scope. A waitlist, request-information page or search result is not live inventory, so the proposal names the source and validity date.

The race weekend is the same; the commercial brief and handover are different.
Incentive and MICE groups. Use the Grand Prix as the anchor inside a three- or four-night delegate programme. The brief should separate race access from welcome, city and departure days so procurement can see which cost belongs to the official product and which belongs to Baku delivery.
Tour operators and agencies. Send the client-facing programme, target margin, headcount range and sales deadline. We return the local ground scope separately from any official access offer so the agency can see validity, cancellation terms and what remains to be confirmed.
The proposal brief
Six inputs produce a usable first quote
A request for a generic F1 package cannot establish adjacent seats, a room block or a workable movement plan.
Buyer and guests. Company or agency role, estimated headcount, guest profile and whether the programme is client hosting, incentive travel or resale.
Access objective. Preferred tier if known, or the hosting outcome and per-person ceiling if you want a recommendation. State whether all guests need one product or senior guests need a separate tier.
Hotel and room block. Room count, single or twin mix, target hotel level and whether walking access to the circuit matters more than brand or rate.
Programme shape. Arrival and departure windows, welcome dinner, non-race activities, gala or extension, plus any accessibility, dietary or language requirements.
Commercial timing. Proposal deadline, internal approval date, invoicing entity and the latest date the buyer can commit. Availability can change while a proposal is under review.
Evidence required. Ask for named hotels, access source, offer validity, inclusions, exclusions, payment milestones and cancellation terms. Those fields turn a search result into a decision document.

As checked on 22 September 2026, the official ticket page presents a waitlist and F1 Experiences presents a request-information route. Neither establishes a purchasable group allocation, adjacent seats, a current hospitality price or a specific package inclusion for your guests.
Session times, city road closures, special event-entry arrangements and hotel access windows can be published later. We do not carry the 2026 timetable, visa exception or road-closure dates into a 2027 proposal. Each belongs in the run sheet only after the responsible official source publishes it.
The 2026 pricing and tier pages remain useful historical evidence for how allocations moved, but their figures are not 2027 prices. A 2027 budget should separate current official access, dated hotel offers and the ground programme rather than index last season's total.
