For each row, name the applicant, the person preparing documents, the authority or site owner, date submitted, latest written status, decision deadline, cost basis and the part of the run-of-show affected. What is publicly identifiable for drones?
The government mygov UAV service publishes a route for special-permit applications. It does not make every aircraft, operator, date or Baku location automatically eligible. Ask the proposed operator to identify the current applicant, aircraft and location requirements, the documents it will provide and who holds the approval. Set a ground-camera version of the creative brief until the written answer is available.
The same distinction applies to road use, amplified sound, lighting and pyrotechnics. A venue contract may be necessary but may not settle public-space, traffic or safety questions. The supplier should identify the competent authority for the exact activity instead of borrowing an earlier project's timetable. What should the event RFP ask for?
