Booking information for private travellers, tour operators, corporate buyers and wedding clients arranging Azerbaijan services with Birtour.
Your dated proposal and booking documents should identify the services, prices and conditions for your programme. Request those documents before confirming or paying.
Check the programme and inclusions
Confirm travel dates, guest count, hotels and room types, transport, guide language, meals, admissions and event production where required. Check which services are confirmed, on option or awaiting approval, and which are excluded.
Check payment, changes and cancellation
Request the quotation currency, taxes, payment schedule, proposal validity, cancellation and amendment charges, refund process and the verified payment recipient in writing. A price or condition shown for one programme is not automatically the condition for another booking.
Identify who is booking
Private travellers and families should state the party size and requested services. Tour operators, corporate buyers and wedding planners should also identify the contracting organisation and any procurement requirements. Ask who is responsible for the programme and how to reach that contact during the booked dates.
