Azerbaijan B2B DMC · travel trade

A local ground partner for the Azerbaijan programmes you sell.

Tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers, MICE planners and international DMCs can brief our Baku team for the complete Azerbaijan programme: tours, events, hotels, transfers, guides and guest activities. The dated proposal states the scope, commercial basis, deadlines and operating contact.

Buying ground services

You have an Azerbaijan programme to quote

Send the company, market, dates, passenger profile, route and service list. Use the DMC proposal form so the enquiry reaches the travel-trade workflow.

What an Azerbaijan ground brief can cover

These are request categories, not a promise that every supplier or service is available. The proposal should mark each line as planning, requested or supplier-confirmed.

Hotels and room blocks

Named property, room category, meal basis, room count, option expiry, deposit and cancellation terms.

Venues and programme production

Usable spaces, capacity basis, access times, production limits, catering scope and responsibility for permissions.

Transport, guides and visits

Vehicle class, passenger and luggage capacity, guide language request, visit status, entrances and route constraints.

FIT, groups and MICE

Single departures, series and corporate programmes with the buyer, contracting party and delivery responsibility stated.

First useful message

Send these eight facts before asking for a rate

A complete brief makes supplier checks and commercial comparisons possible. If a detail is undecided, label it as an assumption.

  1. 01Company name, website, billing country and named buyer
  2. 02Source market and traveller profile
  3. 03Arrival and departure dates, or a dated travel window
  4. 04Expected passenger count, rooming and group type
  5. 05Cities, overnights and fixed programme anchors
  6. 06Hotels, transport, guides, entrances, meals, venues or production required
  7. 07NET or commissionable format, currency and tax needs
  8. 08Proposal deadline, decision date and time zone

Commercial basis

A quote is not an inventory hold

Ask the proposal to state its pricing basis, currency, taxes and fees, inclusions, supplier status, option expiry, deposit, balance, cancellation and change terms. NET and commissionable are quote formats to request; this page publishes no standing percentage or credit entitlement.

Use three status labels

Planning — a working assumption that still needs a supplier check.

Requested — sent to the supplier, with no confirmation yet.

Supplier-confirmed — named scope and deadline recorded in writing.

Before you appoint any Azerbaijan ground partner

Request the contracting entity, office and billing details, relevant registration or insurance documents, named operational contact and responsibility matrix. Apply the same RFP to every candidate.
