Trip Check terms
Planning information
BIRTOUR Trip Check helps travellers review routes, travel times, available price records and the terms shown in supplied offers. Times and cost estimates depend on the stated route, vehicle, date, party and price basis. Weather, road access, waiting time and availability can change. Ask our team to check any detail that affects your plans.
Offers and prices
A price comparison uses the figures and inclusions you provide. The original supplier should confirm unclear items. A reference amount is an indication of cost. BIRTOUR confirms its own price, availability, inclusions and validity separately in a written offer.
Requesting a quote
Review your information before sending it. Submit only details you are entitled to share. A submitted enquiry asks BIRTOUR to contact you. A travel reservation, payment or cancellation requires a separate agreement with BIRTOUR. Review the written offer and the applicable BIRTOUR travel terms before booking.
