Private tours in Azerbaijan

Plan a trip for your own party with Birtour in Baku. Start with your dates, the places you want to visit and how much time you want in the car. Your quote should name the transport, guiding, hotels and activities included, with a price for your actual group.

Private or shared: what are you booking?

A private departure is arranged for the people in your booking. A shared tour combines separate bookings on a published route and departure. A private vehicle does not make every attraction private: cable cars, museums and other public sites can still be shared with other visitors.

Choose a private trip when your party needs its own pace, hotel choices or stops. If your priority is a fixed departure with other travellers, ask specifically for a shared option. Do not assume a tour is private from the word “small group” alone.

Ask for a quote for 2, 4 or 6 travellers

These are quote scenarios, not published fares. Send the same dates and itinerary for each comparison, and ask for the total party price as well as the per-person figure.

Information needed to compare private tour quotes by party size
TravellersRoom basis to confirmTransport details to send
2 adultsOne double or twin room, or two singlesSuitcases, cabin bags and any mobility equipment
4 travellersRoom split and children’s ages, if applicablePassenger seats, child seats and luggage capacity
6 travellersNumber of rooms and beds required in eachVehicle layout, luggage space and space for a guide

For a family, include each child’s age at the time of travel. Ask the quote to show any child charge, extra bed or separate room explicitly. A vehicle’s advertised seat count alone does not confirm that your luggage and child seats fit.

A driver and a guide have different roles

A driver handles the agreed transport route. A guide leads the visits and explains the sites. Request both if you want guided sightseeing, and confirm the guiding language for your dates. Do not assume that an English-speaking driver also provides a full guided visit.

For transport without a full itinerary, request a private driver in Azerbaijan. Ask whether the guide travels with you between cities or joins individual visits. The quote should state driver waiting time, any overtime basis, guide admissions and which visits are unguided.

Choose a starting itinerary

The Azerbaijan tour packages collection is the place to compare the full range. For a private enquiry, these three itineraries give you a route to discuss:

Send the itinerary name with any changes you want. A listed itinerary does not confirm hotel rooms, vehicle availability or attraction access for a new date.

Hotels, inclusions and booking conditions

Ask for hotel names, room categories, bed arrangements and meal basis. If alternatives are offered, compare them before confirming: a hotel category alone does not describe the room you will receive.

Your quote should separate transport, guiding, accommodation, admissions and optional activities. Confirm whether international or domestic flights, meals, tips and personal expenses are excluded. For mountain visits, agree what happens if weather or access changes the plan.

Before payment, request the deposit and balance dates, cancellation and amendment charges, refund conditions and supplier confirmation status in writing. Read the terms alongside your specific quotation and resolve any differences before booking.

What happens after the enquiry?

Use the traveller form below to send your contact details, dates and party size. Add your preferred route, room arrangement, luggage and guiding language in the trip preferences. If you have a decision deadline, include it so proposal timing can be agreed.

The form requests a quotation. It does not take payment or confirm a booking.
