Birtour contracts net rates directly with the Naftalan sanatorium cluster, Chenot Palace Gabala, and the Duzdag salt-cave center in Nakhchivan, then resells that inventory to tour operators, OTAs, and wholesalers through a gated rate request. We run the airport transfer, the sanatorium check-in, and the room block. The property's own medical team runs the screening, the treatment plan, and the course length.

We are not a clinic and we do not set treatment protocols; we coordinate the ground logistics around a stay a licensed sanatorium or Chenot Group physician has already designed.
