What is the main stop on a Gobustan day trip from Baku?
The rock-art reserve is the core visit. Ask the proposal to state museum and outdoor-site time, guiding language, admission and a realistic return to Baku. The nearby mud-volcano area is a separate, optional stop.
Are the mud volcanoes included automatically?
No. Access, road condition and suitable vehicle need a current check. Your written proposal should name the selected mud-volcano site, transport arrangement and any additional charge. A reserve visit can proceed without that extension.
Can I combine Gobustan with Ateshgah and Yanar Dag?
You can request a combined Gobustan and Absheron day, but it leaves less time at each place. Send your priorities and latest return time so the route and admissions can be scoped before promising all stops.
Is the driver also the guide?
Not necessarily. The proposal must distinguish transport from guiding and state the confirmed guide language, museum or reserve guiding arrangement, vehicle and inclusions.
