How should an Indian agency compare B2B quotes?
Ask every candidate to price the same dates, room categories, occupancy, meal plan, vehicle class, guide language and included entrances. Separate NET from gross or commissionable figures. A low per-person headline can hide a different room basis, a shared vehicle, fewer guide days or excluded event production. Ask for the currency, taxes, quote validity, option deadlines, payment schedule and cancellation terms in the dated offer.
