- These are planning budgets, not secured supplier offers. Each total includes one selected mountain day, once.
- Distributor basis: 23 single rooms for three nights. Sales basis: 37 single rooms for four nights. The combined proposal has one overlapping hotel night and a peak block of 60 rooms.
- Flight allowance: USD 600 per traveller, with origins, direct services, baggage and fare rules to be confirmed. No airfare is held.
- The Four Seasons event, catering and venue figures are budget allowances. Fairmont has no confirmed complete combined package in the source and is available for separate quotation only.
- Accommodation and breakfast for the selected event duration and rooming basis

- These programmes are examples based on specific group sizes. Dates, hotel allocation, origin airports and final commercial terms must be confirmed.
- Food requirements, allergies and halal sourcing require a signed menu confirmation.
- Mountain visits and outdoor activities depend on weather and safe access.
- Use the appropriate entry and visa procedure for the actual purpose of travel; application support does not guarantee entry.
These two Baku convention formats combine business sessions with cultural dining and a mountain day. The four-day Distributor programme has 23 guests and three hotel nights. The five-day Sales programme has 37 guests and four hotel nights.
Five-day sales programme
Day 1 handles arrivals and late welcome food. Day 2 combines the convention, awards and a team city quest. Day 3 has an indoor festival with karting, puzzles and a game show, followed by the gala. Day 4 is the selected Shahdag or Tufandag excursion; Day 5 manages departure waves.
Hotel and budget choices
The table shows Hilton Baku, Baku Marriott Hotel Boulevard and Four Seasons options, using single occupancy. These are source planning totals. Room inventory, catering, event production and tax treatment require written supplier offers before a binding price is accepted.
The USD 600 flight allowance per traveller is included in each total. It is an allowance for a proposed return flight, not a guaranteed fare from any city. Actual origins, passenger names and fare conditions are settled before ticket issue.
Mountain day and event terms
Shahdag keeps the day focused on one resort. Tufandag adds Gabala stops and a longer schedule; the waterfall is omitted if winter paths are unsuitable. The cable-car itinerary is subject to operation, and skiing is excluded.
Supplier-backed payment and cancellation schedules are agreed for the actual dates. The dated milestones in the original proposal do not automatically apply to a new event.

Questions travelers ask
- Are these prices per person?
- No. The table shows full event or combined-event totals. Distributor prices cover 23 guests, Sales prices cover 37, and combined prices cover both programmes for 60 guests.
- What is added in the five-day Sales programme?
- The Sales programme includes arrival-night food, a meeting and awards day, a city quest, an indoor team festival and gala, a mountain day and departure. It has four hotel nights.
- Does the mountain excursion need to be added again?
- No. Each full package total includes its selected Shahdag or Tufandag excursion once. Optional skiing and other unlisted activities are separate.
