For a Baku–Gabala or Baku–Shahdag journey, give the hotel name as well as the destination. A city-centre drop-off and a mountain hotel can require different routing. Ask for a route-specific time estimate that includes stops and seasonal conditions.
Match the vehicle to people and luggage
List adults, children’s ages, large suitcases, cabin bags, strollers and any mobility equipment. State whether you need child seats and the type required. Ask for written confirmation that the proposed vehicle has space for all passengers, installed seats and luggage together.
A sedan, people carrier and minibus are quote categories, not a promise of a particular model. Confirm the actual vehicle or agreed equivalent, seating layout and air conditioning before booking. If a guide will travel with you, count their seat too.
Driver service and guided sightseeing
Driving and guiding are separate services. A driver takes you along the agreed route; a guide leads visits and provides interpretation of the sites. Tell us if you need a guide, which language you want and whether that person should accompany the whole trip or join specific visits.

Airport meeting and waiting time
Before arrival, obtain the pickup instructions and a working contact number. Confirm whether the driver meets you inside arrivals or at an agreed exterior point, what happens if your flight changes and when waiting time starts.
Ask the quote to state the included waiting allowance and any extra-hour or no-show charge. What should the price include?
Request a total for the agreed journey and vehicle, with fuel, road charges, parking and driver expenses identified. Ask whether any distance or time limit applies, and how added stops or route changes will be priced.
Confirm payment dates, cancellation and amendment charges, refund conditions and the supplier’s confirmation status in writing. Read the terms alongside your quotation before paying. Do not treat an enquiry receipt as a vehicle reservation.
