For Baku–Gabala, Baku–Shahdag or another regional journey, give the hotel name as well as the destination. The quotation should use the actual endpoints, planned stops and current route conditions.
Match the vehicle to people and luggage
List every adult and child, children’s ages, large suitcases, cabin bags, strollers and mobility equipment. State whether you need child seats and which type. A guide also needs a seat when travelling in the same vehicle.
Sedan, people carrier, minivan and minibus are quote categories. Confirm the proposed vehicle or agreed equivalent, seating layout, luggage space and air conditioning in writing before booking.

Confirm airport meeting and waiting rules
For a GYD arrival, send the flight number and arrival date. The proposal should state whether the driver meets you inside arrivals or at another agreed point, how flight changes are handled and when waiting time starts.

Car rental with driver in Baku: how to compare prices
Request a total for the agreed route and vehicle. The quotation should identify fuel, road charges, parking, driver expenses and any distance or time limit, plus the cost rule for added stops or route changes.
Compare an airport transfer, a Baku day hire and a multi-day regional journey separately. For day hire, specify the start and finish time and planned stops; for a regional trip, state one-way or return travel and any overnight stay. Compare quotes for the same vehicle category, passenger and luggage requirements, hours and inclusions. A low headline figure may cover a different journey.

When to choose self-drive instead
Choose a car with driver when you want someone else to handle the agreed route and driving. Choose self-drive when you want to drive the vehicle yourself. Neither format automatically includes a guide, hotels or activities; confirm the scope in your written proposal.
