Baku exhibitions and congresses: 2026–2027 event calendar

This calendar answers one planning question: which Baku exhibition and congress dates are currently published by the organisation that owns the date? It separates the remaining 2026 programme from 2027 and links every live entry to the organiser or event page.

A published date does not prove stand space, admission, hotel inventory or supplier availability. Recheck the source before signing a travel or event contract. For freight, stand and official-contractor sequencing, use the Baku Expo Center exhibitor logistics guide. For a conference supplier brief, use the Baku PCO and DMC role guide.

Baku exhibitions still scheduled in 2026

The table below is limited to future dates still visible on the Caspian Event Organisers 2026 calendar when checked on 23 September 2026.

The five co-located construction shows share one event week and venue. Treat that as an operating fact, not as proof that every Baku hotel will sell out. Ask hotels and transport suppliers for written availability against your actual room and movement plan.

Confirm Medinex and Beauty Azerbaijan dates on the current organiser page before arranging attendance; they are not included in the verified calendar above.

Baku exhibition dates published for 2027

The main source is the CEO 2027 calendar. Automechanika Baku is published on its own organiser site and is therefore shown separately.

Events absent from the current official calendar are not filled in from last year's month. That includes shows whose 2027 edition may be expected but whose current date owner has not published the date.

Congress and major-event dates relevant to delegation planning

These dates come from their own event bodies rather than the exhibition calendar:

Keep these in a separate layer. An exhibition organiser controls its show date; Formula 1 and SportAccord control theirs. A third-party event directory controls neither.

Date combinations to review before holding rooms

Three combinations deserve a direct supplier check:

• 30 September–2 October 2026: ADEX and Securex are co-located.
• 14–16 October 2026: five construction and infrastructure shows share Baku Expo Center.
• 9–22 May 2027: SportAccord is followed by Caspian Agro and InterFood six days later.
• 2–4 June 2027: Baku Energy Week combines several exhibitions and the forum.

“Review” means request live room, vehicle and venue availability. It does not mean assume a citywide sell-out or accept an undated surcharge.

What an exhibition delegation should confirm

Before committing travel, record:

1. the exact show name, edition, dates and venue from the organiser page;
2. exhibitor, visitor, speaker or hosted-buyer status;
3. stand build-up and breakdown access times;
4. official freight, stand and travel contractors for that edition;
5. hotel option expiry, deposit and cancellation terms;
6. airport, venue and side-event transport movements;
7. visa, customs and crew requirements by passport and shipment;
8. a dated written proposal for any hospitality or regional extension.

Birtour can receive the hotel, transport, hospitality and side-event brief through the proposal button below. The organiser remains the owner of stand reservation, accreditation and show rules; its appointed contractors remain the owners of the services named on the exhibitor page.
